Building Review Volume with HolidayCheck Review Collection Program

ReviewPro has recently partnered with HolidayCheck to allow clients to activate the HolidayCheck review form at the end of their surveys for all German, and Polish speaking guests.

Our Guest Satisfaction Survey(GSS) enables the creation and distribution of both customized in-stay and post-stay surveys. With this new feature, clients can now embed the HolidayCheck review form into their survey allowing them to build review volume on the leading European Travel portal.

HolidayCheck AG operates the largest German-language reviews portal for travel and holidays on the internet. Their mission: to help their customers with relevant information, quality content and an interactive community to find the right accommodation and activities for their trip. HolidayCheck is particularly relevant for hotels who have a large volume of German guests such as hotels in Mallorca, Spain.

With up to 25 million monthly visits, it is one of the most visited portals in Germany: six million reviews from over 659,000 hotels worldwide (250k rated) making them one of the most profitable portals in Europe.

The HolidayCheck Review Collection Program has enabled ReviewPro GSS users to solicit the specific, structured, verified feedback necessary to measure if service and operational standards are being met during each guest’s stay. Over time, addressing these operational issues to ensure greater guest satisfaction can positively impact review volume on HolidayCheck.

By integrating the HolidayCheck Review Collection option into our Guest Satisfaction Surveys, clients with German and Polish guests are able to build review volume on Germany’s largest review portal.
