Barcelona, February 8, 2022: Global hoteliers named ReviewPro – leaders in guest intelligence data – as one of the top 5 Hospitality Technology Innovator of the industry. The news comes from the results of a recent report by h2c on the adoption of personalized automation in hospitality.

H2c surveyed hoteliers from Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific, and the Americas, covering 10% of all hotel chains worldwide. The survey asked hoteliers for their views on AI and Machine Learning applied to the guest journey.

“The report provides a good overview of the current state of the industry and where it is headed, based on the needs and preferences of hotel chains worldwide. We have seen a strong uptick from 2020, when only about 10% of the surveyed and interviewed hotel chains were applying AI to their processes. In the report, h2c also asked hoteliers to rank hospitality tech providers in terms of being AI-innovative. ReviewPro ranked in the top 5 together with IDeaS, Duetto, Cendyn, and Dailypoint.
