ReviewPro Research Featured in USA Today: Top 10 Best New York Hotels

Barbara De Lollis at USA Today’s Hotel Check-in blog recently published ReviewPro’s Global Review Index™ Hotel Rankings for New York City:

ReviewPro calculates reputation scores for hotels based on quantitative review data gathered from 90 online sources, along with a proprietary algorithm.

The company currently tracks reputations for an eclectic mix of customers such as the edgy Ace Hotel New York and luxurious properties such as the Hotel Bel Air, Beverly Hills Hotel and Montage Deer Valley.

It’s rolling out its ReviewPro Global Review Index – which it calculates on a daily basis – in hopes that it will become the standard for hotels worldwide “to measure performance and track improvements in guest experience.”
