Tel Aviv Hotels beat European cities for online reputation

ReviewPro ranked 62 hotels with at least three stars in Tel Aviv, Israel’s second most populous coastal city. The hotels were ranked by their GRI™ reputation score based on the aggregation of online reviews from more than 100 review sites and online travel agencies (OTAs) over a 12-month period, including TripAdvisor,, Holidaycheck and Expedia.

With an overall GRI of 82.2%, Tel Aviv’s average reputation score beats that of top European cities such as Paris (77.1%) and Stockholm (80.3%).

On the Top 10 list for Tel Aviv, the winning establishment, Abratel Hotel, has an impressive GRI score of 96%. A suite-only hotel, it consistently impresses guests the most with the highest GRI of all 62 hotels.

In terms of separate department rankings, it also takes the No.1 spot for Location.

At No.2, The Rothschild Hotel (95.9%) beats Abratel Suites Hotel in terms of cleanliness. According to the website, the hotel has shaped its philosophy around Baron Edmond de Rothschild, “a man of vision of action” and the first Hebrew entrepreneur.

Also named after a prominent figure, The Diaghilev (93%) completes the Top 3 hotels in Tel Aviv.
